In order to be a precaution against mistakes before production, 1/1 sample is definitely made for any product requested and presented to our customers for approval. Any unapproved product is not put into production.

OUR MANUFACTURING PROCESS & QUALITY PERCEPTION:
At the beginning of the production, the fabrics are definitely put into the washing test to control the coloring and shrinkage rates. Fabrics that do not pass our approval are returned.
During cutting, numbering is done to prevent the difference in tone between the parts in each product. Then, these numbers are matched with each other and the parts of the same number are sewn together to form the product. In this way, the problem that we call the boiler difference or lot difference that can occur between the fabric rolls is prevented.
During the manufacturing phase, size chart, drawing patterns and sewing instructions are created for each product and sent to sewing together with them. Our production followers fill in the “Workshop Control Forms” in the workshops they control every day and bring them to their managers, and they review all these details and keep a report. Our finishing workshop fills out a separate form for each shipment and takes responsibility for whether the Order can be loaded. In this way, it is ensured that all units work more carefully.
